The Technical Training Institute of HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited), Bangalore is organizing a selection drive. They are looking to engage graduates with degrees in BA (Bachelor of Arts), BSc (Bachelor of Science), BCom (Bachelor of Commerce), BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), or BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications). The candidates would undergo a one-year Apprenticeship Training program under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region administers the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidate shall pass Degree BA/BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA in the subject specified

2. Candidate should possess graduation from a recognized University in India on or after 01/03/2021

3. Candidates who have undergone /undergone / already registered NATS contract under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.

4. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible. 


GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE ASPIRING CANDIDATES

a. The aspiring candidates shall register as “STUDENT” in the apprenticeship portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in and must bring a copy of the registration form.

b. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates who are attending the walk-in.

c. After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship contract will be terminated and there will be no obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.

d. A stipend of Rs.9000/- per month will be paid for 12 months of training. In addition, a subsidized canteen facility is available.

e. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.

f. Selection is based on a first come first serve basis, subject to vacancy availability.

g. The candidates shall report to the venue with the following original documents, one set of self-attested photocopies, and two passport-size color photographs.

i. 10th/SSC/SSLC Marks sheet

ii. Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate

iii. Degree marks sheet from 1 to 6 semester, in case of lateral entry 3 to 6 semester.

iv. In case marks are in GPS/CGPA, University guidelines for converting GPA/CGPA to Percentage.

v. Reserved category applicant must produce a Caste/PWD Certificate issued by the competent authority.
