Educational Qualification

Level - 6 : -  Member Technical Staff B2 (MTS B2)
(a) First Class Diploma in Engineering with and 3 years of experience in the relevant field 

OR

(b) First Class Degree in Electronics / IT/ Computer applications or relevant domain and 3 years of experience in the relevant field 

OR

(c)Trade Certificate with NCVT where basic qualification  for admission to the Course is Matriculation or equivalent and 9 years of experience in the relevant field 

OR

(d) Graduate with First class and DOEACC ‘A’ Level with 4 years of experience in the relevant field.

 

Age Limit 

35 years as on last date of submission of application as mentioned in advt. (Relaxation according to Govt. Of India instructions)

Desired Skill Set 

  • Expert in hand soldering of Through hole and SMD electronic components
  • Working knowledge of Electrical and electronic circuits
  • Working knowledge of various types of analog and digital signals
  • Working knowledge of electronic parts (identification, polarity, marking) and their functionality
  • Working knowledge of operating general test and measurement instruments like oscilloscope, function generator, multimeter etc.,
  • Basic knowledge of PCB design, fabrication and assembly process
  • Basic knowledge of ESD-safe working environment and tools
  • Familiar with the general terminologies used in electrical/electronic engineering.
  • Working knowledge of operating a computer (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Basic skill of reading and understanding datasheets, schematic diagrams etc.

 

Job Profile 

  • Operation of the test and measurement instruments.
  • Assistance in conducting the experiments.
  • Stock keeping and handling the electronic parts/instruments
  • Maintenance of the lab instruments and facility
  • Board bring-up and testing of assembled PCBs
  • PCB troubleshooting.
  • Creating test set-ups, day-to-day handling of Test & Measurement equipment including software.
